Sir,

With due respect I Kumar Mukul, request you to help me to frame question about people wasting drinking water. Sir I am writing the whole story . It was once that the people of my area was not getting drinking water porperly from the underneath pipe line. After installing a new pipeline people of the area are getting water easily. What the people have done that they have taken the connection ( i dont know that these connection were taken legally {means " by presenting the document required for connection"} or illegely.). They have made their connection open to fall ...............++++

SIC Punjab accepted review request of PIO but not from aplicant and violated our fundamental rights

There are too many people who have approached Hon'ble High Court as there are no any provision to review its order at State Information Commission Punjab, Chandigarh.

Section 14 of The State Information Commission, Punjab (Management) Regulations, 2010 Says that :-
"A Bench may in its discretion allow a prayer for any amendment or withdrawal of an Appeal or Complaint during the course of its heari...............++++

Unhappy with RTI result ? approach Consumer Forum

During past 5 year of RTI toure, we have seen many situation somthing in favour of applicant but mostly in favour of corrupt PIO and this is due to Information Commissioner which are also belongs from the group of burocrates.

But time has going to change, when Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission New Delhi has in R.P. No. 1975 decided on 28-5-2009 that - RTI applicant has paid ...............++++
