Click on: http://rti.citizenrights.info/modules ... dituser.php?op=avatarform Go to BROWSE (for uploading your AVATAR) and select your picture from your computer/pen-drive, etc. Please note that pictures bigger in size than 500KB and 200x200 would not be uploaded. So if you have a bigger picture please resize them. You can do so online by going to http://www.picresize.com/ or http://www.resizeyourimage.com/ or suchlike online tools. Regards Administrator
